Vulnerability and Quality of Life
As we age, our bodies and sometimes our minds can become more vulnerable. Aging bodies are frequently more susceptible to illness, and in addition they can be less resilient to invasive medical interventions. At Coeur Vitality, we aim to find a dignified balance between disease management, medical intervention, and quality of life. We believe it is exceedingly important to be mindful of the power of preventative medicine and healthy habits, in order to allow our patients to be more resilient to health hazards that can come up without warning.

Coordination of care in our increasing complex healthcare system can get messy and seem unmanageable for many patients and their families. We are purposefully mindful of these complexities, and go out of our way to help facilitate timely meaningful communication and coordination with family, pharmacies, nursing homes, and other care takers.
