Coeur Vitality Family Medicine offers a patient portal for our patient’s convenience in communicating questions, requesting refills, and accessing important documents from within their medical charts.  Our patient portal is easy to use and HIPPA compliant as your privacy is very important to us!

Let us know if you have any difficulties getting into your portal, as we can assist in trouble shooting!

Portal messages are checked every business clinic day by each providers nursing team and we aim to respond to all messages within one business day.  If you have a more urgent matter, it is still best to pick up the phone and call the clinic directly.

All correspondence via the portal becomes a part of your electronic medical record.  You can view labs, imaging, diagnostic tests, current medication list, and more!  The portal is an excellent place to inquire regarding:

   --> Status updates on referrals or prior-authorizations
   --> Questions or clarifications on medications or conditions recently discussed at a clinic appointment
   --> Requests for medication refills that are not able to be done directly through your pharmacy 

Depending on the nature of your medical inquiries or questions-- you may be asked to schedule an appointment with your provider to explore the concern in more detail or perform the necessary documentation and exam that may be required to order a diagnostic test or start a new medication.
