While we believe that prevention and early health-liability management is one of the keys to long term health, we also recognize the importance of being present and accessible to our patients for both chronic disease management and crisis care. All of our providers have purposefully longer appointment durations than is standard in their fields for more detailed and attentive care.  Signature MD concierge paneled patients have unprecedented direct access for their patients via email correspondence for routine questions and by cell phone after business hours for urgent concerns.  Accessibility for appointments same day or next day is built into all of our providers scheduling structure to ensure availability when our patients need us the most!
