Joya Kennedy, CPN
Raised in Coeur d'Alene, Joya enjoys all that the area offers- beautiful scenery, pristine lakes, and hiking trails; excellent restaurants and shops, and of course the incredible community of people.
Joya is passionate about nutrition and helping people with their nutritional needs. She is motivated to help all who seek her advice, focusing on the importance of food and how it affects us not only physically, but mentally as well. In opening Sweat Nourish Bloom, she hopes to and help people in the community via her knowledge of nutritional sciences and her passion for quality meals. Her focus is to help people improve their body image, diet mindset, and overall lifestyles to help them reach their health and wellness goals. Joya believes eating real food will provide the all the nourishment your body requires, and in that way, food can be considered medicine- and loves sharing how nourishing our bodies with real food creates a beautiful outcome.
Joya received her degree in Nutrition at Purdue University Global. Along the way, she also got her certifications at Precision Nutrition and The American Council on Exercise and is a Certified Professional Nutritionist.
The medical practitioners and Joya both share the same core values that drive patient care at Coeur Vitality: complimentary visions of traditional, functional, and alternative medicine integrating many modalities to achieve better overall health- while aiming to minimize prescription burdens and invasive medicine. We are thrilled to be able to work closely with Joya to provide our patients with top notch dietary advice.
Outside of work, Joya enjoys spending time with her family and friends; boating, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. Joya also loves to cook and create healthy recipes to share with her friends, family, and clients.
